Rabbi Rhine, originally of
Monsey, NY, holds semicha from Rabbi Berel Wein, and
studied in Lakewood as a Talmid of Rabbi Shmuel Meir
Katz. His energetic leadership provides the Cherry
Hill community with dynamic Torah classes and
sound spiritual guidance. His love of Jewish law
complemented by his warm and caring personality has made
him a spiritual leader for the Cherry Hill Jewish community.
